We are based in Central Ohio and licensed to operate throughout the state of Ohio. Our design services are also available across the US.

We do not provide general contracting services. However, we place a high value on partnership and have a network of construction professionals we work with if an introduction is required. We also love building new relationships and can work with your selected contractor.

Our typical design process takes 10-14 weeks, however timelines can vary based on a number of factors including project size, location, and complexity.

The world tries to separate Architecture from Interior Design, but they are intimately connected:
Architecture deals with the shell of the house and all of the big ideas that happen inside it — where the walls are located, where the structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are, your views outside (ie. amount of natural light, scenery, etc.), the circulation & connection between all the rooms, and the transitions from public spaces (ie. your living room) to private spaces (ie. bedrooms).
Interior design is then layered in to bring together all the details inside your home — the specific materials, finishes, fixtures (ie. lighting & plumbing), and the look and feel of what is being applied to the rooms.
Rather than working in silos, our studio employs both licensed architects and professional interior designers. The design process is more efficient & effective, and the outcomes are more powerful and cohesive when thinking of these design disciplines together.
